STEP 1 Using the ORDER FORM(S), select both the pewter figurine (numeral) and desired mineral (letter) indicating how many of each combination you wish to order.

STEP 2 Multiply the total number of items ordered by $17.00 to get the total cost and send form(s) with payment.
